Please double-check that your pictures are not blurry – especially for individual damages, it can be easy to get too close to focus your camera! A shot from slightly further away can also help us assess the scale of the damage better.

The Background

Please take your photos in a well-lit space, ideally with a plain background.

Toys with clothes

If your toy has any clothes or accessories that cover the body, please remove them in the photos if at all possible. If not, please describe if there is any damage you want repaired under them.

If you wish to send us more than the four photos that our booking form allows for, please let us know in the “Repairs Required” field on the quote form. You will be sent a confirmation of your form submission, to which you can reply with more images, or you can send them directly to our email. Please include the same name as on the quote form, so we can connect the two! Letting us know you’re sending extra images will help us find them in our inbox, and give you a more accurate estimate.
