For new patients & customers

Please fill out the form above and include a photo of your poorly toy, so we can assess the damage and give you a quote.

Alternatively, you can email pictures of your toy to info@leithtoyhospital.co.uk.

If you wish to visit with your toy to have a consultation in person, please phone in advance to check so that the right specialist will be available.

Please note: You must contact Leith Toy Hospital to book your repair. Thus toys sent to us with no appointment will be returned at the cost of the sender.

You can also view our price lists for specific repairs, to give you an idea of the cost of some common repairs.

Visiting Us

We have a small reception area in the lobby for people dropping off and collecting their toys.

Therefore if you wish to discuss your repair with us in person, please phone in advance to check that the right specialist will be available.

The workshops are not open to the public because of health and safety reasons.

Our workshop is on the ground floor but reached by a short flight of steps. If you have a hard job getting up the steps, give us a ring so we can always come down to chat with you. Pushchairs can usually be lifted up the steps.

How to Get to Leith Toy Hospital

We are located a short walk from the bottom of Leith Walk and the Shore, both of which are served by many city bus routes. The brand new Trams to Newhaven have a stop right outside our door. The stop you’ll need to get off at is called The Shore.

When you’re on Constitution Street, just look for number 64, it has a turquoise front door and window full of toys!

Please note there is limited on street parking due to the new trams and parking permits, so we recommend walking or using public transport to get to us if you can. If you do drive here, you might be lucky an find a space – it’s luck of the draw!
